Spinal Flow therapy is the therapy that will enable you to recharge fully, heal and bring the state of balance back in your life and your body.
By reducing the stress level in your body (cortisol) your body gets to switch from fight/flight/freeze/fawn mode to healing mode. We don’t always know or realise
that our body is stuck in the fight flight mode and we keep on keeping on with what we are doing day after day. By allowing the healing mode to kick in gear, we get to create magic in our mind and body.
