Confidentiality agreement

This agreement is of the utmost importance to the programs process. By signing this document below, your are making a formal and solemn commitment to uphold the terms and agreements of NRG Healing Massage’s event confidentiality, supporting your fellow participants in each of their journeys.

I, the participant, understand and agree over the duration of the retreat, fellow participants may disclose personal information in session, and during personal time during the retreat. At no time will I  discuss or repeat any of this information to anyone. I understand and agree that if I am found to be breaking this agreement I will be asked to cease participation and will void any refund that may have been available to me.      

Consent & Boundaries

Respect for Personal Boundaries:

Each participant has the right to establish and maintain their personal boundaries. This includes physical, emotional, and energetic boundaries. 

Clear Communication:

Open and honest communication is vital in the program space. Clearly express your boundaries, desires, and limitations to ensure that others understand your comfort level. Equally important is actively listening and respecting the boundaries expressed by others.

Gossiping & Bullying:

We want to create a positive and supportive environment during our retreat. Please be mindful of the impact your words and actions can have on others. We kindly ask that you refrain from discussions of personal and private that might have shared or disclosed during sessions. If you have a concern that you would like to raise about a session, information that has been disclosed or in any way you’re feeling concerned about your or your fellow participants, please feel free to raise this with one of our coaches. Let’s work together to create a wonderful experience for everyone.

Self-Care and Self-Responsibility:

Spinal Flow Therapy in a retreat setting can be, at times intense and transformative. Prioritise self-care and take responsibility for your own well-being. Listen to your body, mind, and emotions, and honour your personal boundaries and needs.
It is important to recognise and communicate your limits, ensuring you participate only in activities that resonate with you.

Emotional Safety:

Our program does involve deep emotional processes and vulnerability. Create a supportive environment by showing empathy, compassion, and non-judgment towards others is essential. Be mindful of your words and actions, as they can impact the emotional well-being of fellow participants. Seek consent before offering any form of emotional support or guidance.

Disclaimer:

I understand and agree that I am fully responsible for my well-being during sessions, and subsequently, including my choices and decisions.  I declare that I voluntarily elects to participate in NRG Healing Massage retreat. I understand that NRG Healing Massage will protect my information as confidential unless I state otherwise in writing. If I report child, elder abuse or neglect or threaten to harm myself or someone else, I understand that necessary actions will be taken and my confidentiality agreement limited in this capacity. Furthermore, if my coach or NRG Healing Massage is ordered by a court to provide information or to testify, they will do so to the extent of that the law requires.
I represent and affirm that I have supplied all necessary details of any medical condition and recent medical treatment received I have read the above mentioned information and understand my responsibilities. Any related questions have been answered to my satisfaction I agree to release and indemnify NRG Healing Massage & its instructors/coaches from all claims in respect to any accident/injury not covered in Public Liability Insurance.

Cancellation Policy:

Your well-being journey is important to us, and we understand that plans may change. We strive to accommodate our participants while ensuring fairness to all.
Please carefully review our cancellation policy for a smooth and transparent retreat experience.

If you cancel your booking, the following cancellation charges will apply, depending on when you notify us.

• Early cancellation period : More than 60 days before your arrival date – Full refund less a $150 cancellation fee.
• 30 days to 15 days before your arrival date – 50% of the total booking will be charged
• Less than 15 days before your arrival date – 100% of the total booking fee will be charged.

Although the cancellation policy is standing, refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis according to the circumstances surrounding the cancellation (events or circumstances beyond your control).

If you need to cancel your reservation, please contact us as soon as possible so we can discuss your options and work to find a solution that is satisfactory for all parties involved.

Booking Transfers:

• Participants may transfer their booking to another eligible individual up to 10 days before the retreat start date. A transfer fee of $75 may apply.

No-Show Policy:

– Participants who do not arrive or check-in on the scheduled start date without prior notice will be considered a “no-show,” and no refund will be provided.

Retreat Changes by Organisers:

– In the unlikely event that the retreat is cancelled or significantly altered by the organisers, participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to a future retreat.

Refund Processing:

– Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 8 days after the cancellation is confirmed.

Communication of Cancellation:

– Any cancellation requests must be received in writing via email at nrghealingmassage@gmail.com.

Please Note:

– The cancellation policy is subject to change at the discretion of the organisers.

• It is the participant’s responsibility to review and understand the cancellation policy before booking.

By booking a spot in our healing retreat, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this cancellation policy.

We reserve the right to cancel the retreat if necessary, in which case, a full refund will be given to all participants. Please note that we are not responsible for any other costs incurred by you in the event of a retreat cancellation, such as travel or accommodation expenses.

Press release agreement

For good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, I hereby consent to the photographing of myself  and the recording of my voice and the use of photographs and/or recordings singularly or in conjunction with other photographs and/or recordings for advertising, publicity, commercial or other business purposes.
I understand that the term “photograph” as used herein encompasses both still photographs and motion picture footage. I further consent to the reproduction and/or authorisation by NRG Healing Massage to reproduce and use said photographs and recordings of my voice, for use in all domestic and foreign markets. Further, I understand that this agreement is irrevocable, and all care is taken to feature me in a tasteful form and used for promotional work only. I hereby release NRG Healing Massage, and any of its associated or affiliated companies, their directors, officers, agents, employees and customers, and appointed advertising agencies, their directors, officers, agents and employees from all claims of every kind on account of such use.
